Judd-46 is a privately made restrike using a mismatched 1823 obverse (Newcomb 2) and an 1813 reverse (Sheldon 293). Copper versions made from this muling are fairly common, but the silver versions are extremely rare. An estimated ten examples may exist, but they appear on the market so infrequently that it is difficult to determine which are duplicates and which are the same coin.

These coin were offered in the late 1800s by the coin dealer, Captain John W. Haseltine, who may have been their maker, as well.
