Jaime Hernandez:

As of 2010, the 5 oz. America the Beautiful National Park Quarters are the largest coins ever struck by the U.S. Mint.

The Yosemite National Park Quarter design is the third design issued in the America the Beautiful Quarters Program. However, for the 5 oz America the Beautiful Bullion Uncirculated coins the coins were all sold to Mint Authorized purchasers only. The Mint Authorized purchasers then offered the coins directly to the public.
The first set of coins was submitted to PCGS on December 29, 2010.
