The 2010-P Mary Todd Lincoln Spouse coin is the fourth and final Spouse coin issued in 2010.

Obverse: The obverse of the coin was designed by Phebe Hemphill, it illustrates an image of Mary Todd Lincoln. It has the inscriptions, MARRY TODD LINCOLN, arched towards the top portion of the coin. It also has the motto, IN GOD WE TRUST, the inscriptions, LIBERTY, 2010-W, 16th 1861-1865, or the years in which Abraham Lincoln served as U.S. President.
Reverse: The reverse was designed by Joel Iskowitz and sculpted by Phebe Hemphill. The reverse illustrates Mary Lincoln giving flowers to wounded soldiers while holding a book in her hand. The reverse also has the inscriptions, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, $10 ½, OZ., .999 FINE GOLD, encircled around the design of the coin.
