Jaime Hernandez:

The 2013-P Uncirculated Fort McHenry 5 oz. Quarters were officially released on August 29, 2013. The coins were sold directly to the public as opposed to being sold directly to the U.S. Mint's Authorized Dealers only.

Obverse: The obverse has the same George Washington motif used on 1932 Washington Quarters to date. With the exception of the design being slightly modified over the years.

Reverse: The reverse of the coin represents the "Defenders Day" Celebration. The Defenders Day is celebrated every year at Fort McHenry.
