Jaime Hernandez:

The United States Mint officially began selling the $1 2019-W Burnished Unircuated Silver Eagles on May 29, 2019. Each coin had an issue price of $46.95. During the time of release, the spot price of silver had recently declined to about $14.35 an ounce.

These Burnished Uncirculated Silver Eagles have a slightly different appearance as the non-burnished Mint State Silver Eagles that are also offered by the U.S. Mint. The non-burnished Silver Eagles are usually only offered to major Mint Bullion Suppliers, at a small premium over the spot price of silver. While the Burnished Silver Eagles have a nicer finish and are usually offered directly to collectors at a higher premium.
