The 2022 Mint State Rhode Island Innovation Dollars were officially released by the U.S. Mint on February 23, 2023. The Mint offered the coins in Mint sewn canvas bags containing 100 coins each, and in rolls containing 25 coins each.
The bags containing 100 coins, can either contain 100 coins struck at the Philadelphia Mint, or 100 coins struck at the Denver Mint. Each bag containing 100 coins had an issue price of $117.50, if purchased directly from the U.S. Mint. Each coin roll had 25 coins from either the Philadelphia Mint or the Denver Mint, and each roll had an issue price of $34.50.
The majority of the coins came really well struck, ranging from MS65-MS66 condition. Coins grading MS67 or higher are much scarcer.
